Are you part of the 200 million people who say they want to write a book, but yet haven’t done so?
Many things keep people from writing their book, like kids, life, work, the season of life they feel they are in, their businesses, and the list goes on and on.
What I have discovered is that no matter who you are, we all have 24 hours in a day and those who write books have busy lives too.
So what is the difference between those who write books and those who don’t?
It’s simple: the people who write books prioritize writing their book and make it work in their busy and ever-changing lives.
And here’s a secret: you don’t need to spend five hours every day writing your book. You could literally spent 10, 20 or 30 minutes two or three days a week and still get your book written in a matter of months, not years!
Hi, I’m Monica Miller, Your Content Guide, and I wrote and published my book, Write Your Book in No Time, in 90 days so that you could learn how to do it, too! I actually repeated this process for a devotional book I wrote a few months later and had it published in 90 days!

Why did I write Write Your Book in No Time?
Write Your Book in No Time came from a place of wanting to show people that they didn’t have to wait until the kids left the house in order to write their books!
As a writer, I heard many entrepreneurs who wanted to write a book give every excuse under the sun and I had enough of it!
So I set out to prove them (and even myself) wrong! I wanted to help other entrepreneurs to move past their blocks and finally write their book.
Plus, their excuses was a way to dim their light in this world. I’m not about that because it is my mission to help people share their message, whether it’s through a book or sharing their businesses on social media, I’m here to brighten your light to create lasting impact!
Getting back to the book – I wrote Write Your Book in No Time from start to publication within a 90 day period. I was able to write, edit, find a graphic design artist for my book cover, and publish on Amazon in a very short amount of time.
Write Your Book in No Time is perfect for the entrepreneur who wants to share his or her story with the world through the power of writing a book, but feel that their business and life takes away their time.
As a mother of two small boys and running my own business as well as being a marketing director for a small book publishing company, I get it. My time is spent with my boys, my businesses, and the marketing director position. It’s a lot and sometimes, yes, even I find it difficult to write, even on social media some days!
However, what I’ve learned from successful entrepreneurs and authors is that that are very intentional with their time and they make time to write.
That’s exactly what I teach and show you within my book. You don’t need to spend hours writing when you need only 10 minutes to write.
What was it like to write a book and what did you learn along the way?
One thing I realized when I began to write my book is that I HAD to put it in my calendar. I am a big calendar person and if it’s not in my calendar, it will not happen.
That’s the very first thing I did – write down when and how long I’ll write several days a week in my calendar.
I knew I couldn’t dedicate daily writing time nor hours of writing to my book. I only had slivers of time on certain days.
So that’s exactly what I did.
Did I miss a few of my writing times? Yes.
Did I beat myself up for it? No. Or at least, I tried not to.
I had to learn to give myself grace and start over next time without judgement. I had to learn to say no to things when it conflicted with my dedicated writing time to my book.
My book was one of my top priorities and for 15 minutes, that is what I was dedicated to doing.
I took my writing as serious as growing my business. And I believe it takes a tenacity and grit to write, even for those small 15-20 minutes three days a week.
It also taught me that some weeks, I may write longer than 15 minutes. Other weeks, I was barely able to squeeze 15 minutes in my book writing.
I had to be realistic with my time and my energy – something I would encourage any writer to consider.
What are three key things your readers will take away from your book?
Here’s the three things you can expect to get when you read Write Your Book in No Time:
Shifting Your Mindset.
A lot of people feel they have a story to share through their book, but don’t feel qualified enough to write it.
In Chapter 4, I go over how to shift your mindset from, “I’m not qualified enough” to “Holy crap, I am the BEST Candidate to write my book!”
You’ll also walk away with a solid definition between what’s important and what’s urgent. We tend to get caught up in the urgent (because it feels like we have to do it NOW) instead of what’s actually important.
This helps you decide if a task is urgent or important – a skillset that you’ll need when you’re procrastinating to writing your book.
Making the Choice to Write.
Everything we do is a choice and writing is no different. When you know how to choose to write using the S.M.A.R.T. system, then you’ll see how you can easily fit 10-30 minutes a few days a week to write your book.
When excuses come up in your mind, you’ll be prepared to challenge them and put them back to where they belong – outside of your mind!
Adding More Time in Your Day
There’s a myth that many of us believe and that’s “I have no time left”. This is a lie and we have to shift our mindset to “I have no time” to “I didn’t make it a priority.” Without any judgement, by the way.
So how do we add more time into our day while meeting all of our other obligations?
We become super intentional with how we spend our time: from social media, playing games, watching TV, or anything else that we do to waste our precious time on.
Inside of Chapter 7, I share a few strategies to take your time back so you can add more time into your day to write your book.
Imagine if you knew how to do this for ALL areas of your life? You’ll be more fulfilled and happier!
How do I get a copy of your book?
